Trent Duncan
I serve as the Lead Pastor at McKinley Avenue Baptist Church in Harrisburg, Illinois, and I’m passionate about helping people grow into mature, multiplying disciples of Jesus. I am a John C. Maxwell certified coach, speaker, and trainer who tries to help church leaders navigate the real-life challenges of ministry with clarity and authenticity. At the heart of everything I do is a desire to see churches move beyond surface-level faith and into real transformation—where people follow Jesus wholeheartedly and help others do the same. My favorite sports team include the Liberty Flames (Liberty University is my Alma Mater), the St. Louis Cardinals, The Chicago Blackhawks, and the North Carolina Tar Heels. I am happily married to my wife Jessica, we have three kids together Brooklynn, Aiden, and Carrigan. I would describe myself as a someone who always wants to learn more and a high achiever.
